CLARK MACONACHY IN LONDON Rec 9 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 6. Reuter’s says that Joe Davis beat the New Zealander, Clark Macon achy, by 42 frames to 29 in a 71-frame snooxer match in London. Maconachy, during the week-long match, scored several centuries, and at one stage was running almost equal with Davis, but the retired champion, although he conceded 10 points a frame, pulled away and this afternoon began with a break of 104 (his 261st century), to. gain the winning margin.
