MOROTAI IN FORM Special to the Daily Times WELLINGTON, Dec. 5,< There has been some rain at Woodville during the week, but not sufficient to effect the track, which should provide hard and fast going for the final day of the Woodville District Jockey Club’s meeting to-morrow. The fields carded are again large and provision has been made to run the Novice Stakes, the Juvenile Handicap, the Gorge Hack Handicap, and the Stewards’ Hack Handicap in divisions. Betting will be win-and-place and the favourites will include: — 11.15: Papatawa Hack Hurdles,—lncident, Broiefort Star, Tavern Light. 12: Novice Stakes. First division: Cinereous, Flying Faye Second division: Gratuity, Description. 12.45: Gothard Handicap. Morotal. Yasda, Dunbar. 1.30: Juvenile Handicap.—First division: Burnished Ring, Barlous Second division: Hasty Glance, Beauform. 2.15: Railway Handicap.—Great Trek, Morning Dew, The Grand. 3.0: Kiritaki Hack Handicap.—Red Herring, Petre Mar, Lady Oratory. . 3.45: Gorge Hack Handicap. First division: Dancing Girl, Night School. Second division: Fleetwood, Tortago. 4.30: Stewards’ Hack Handicap.—First division: Patunui, Dawn March. Second division: Earnbridge, Revivre.
