KING’S RANSOM SCRATCHED Special to the Dally Times CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 5. Several Wingatui trainers are here with, fresh horses for the final day’s racing. A. E. Didham has Foxchase and Special Flight; D. P. Wilson, Frances;/W. E. Hancock, Gold Song; and E. E. Mackie, Duvaals. The South Canterbury horses have not arrived yet. King’s Ransom is under a cloud, his near hock having filled, and he will have to miss the Canterbury Cup.
