FIRE CALLS
City fire brigades answered automatic false alarms from McLeod’s factory in Cumberland street at 11.45 p.m. on Wednesday, and from the D.I.C. in the Octagon at 11.19 a.m. yesterday. A fire among some barrels artd cases in the yard of Reckitt and Colman’s factory, Forth street, was extinguished at 4 14 p.m.
