BRAZIL NUT BUNS ' (Walnuts, hazelnuts or cachou nuts may be substituted.) 4oz butter. 2oz sugar. loz golden syrup. ' soz flour. £ teaspoon ginger. 1 teaspoon baking powder. £lb or less of Brazil nuts. Cream butter and sugar, add syrup, then dry ingredients. Place in small pieces on cold oven tray and bake until a light golden brown.
