COURT PRESENTATIONS
PROCEDURE CHANGED FOR NEXT YEAR N.Z.P.A. Special Correspondent Rec. 9 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 3. A Buckingham Palace circular states that their Majesties will not hold courts next year, but will give a series of afternoon parties in the grounds of Buckingham Palace. Attendance at these garden parties will be recorded and will be equivalent to presentation at court. Ladies domiciled in the dominions or colonies who wish to be presented must make application through their High Commissioners in London or the Secretary of State for the Colonies.
