TRAINING COURSE Ilf CANADA NAVY LEAGUE PROJECT P.A. WELLINGTON, Dec. 2. A tentative plan for an Empire Sea Cadet training course to be held in Canada next year was reported to a meeting of the executive of the Wellington branch of the Navy League. If the proposal., were carried out, 25 boys would be invited from New Zealand, and the Canadian Navy League would bear their expenses while in Canada. The meeting supported the scheme and considered that boys would be forthcoming and the difficulties not insuperable.
