OCCUPANTS KILLED
DOUGLAS AIRCRAFT CRASH Roc. 9 p.m. BELGRADE, Dec. 2. All the 23 occupants were killed when a two-engined Douglas transport of the Yugoslav Transport Air Service crashed' in the Montenegrin mountains during a snowstorm.
