VENUE IN LEBANON
NEXT UNESCO CONFERENCE MEXICO CITY, Rec. 11 p.m. Nov. 27. The United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organisation decided to-night to hold its third general conference next year in Beyrouth, Lebanon. Beyrouth was chosen over Paris by a vote of 20 —10.
