LAWN TENNIS

ASSOCIATION MEETING At a meeting of the Management Committee of the Otago Lawn Tennis Association the president, Mr Scrivener, and 10 delegates, were present. It was decided that arrangements for the tennis championships to be held at Dunedin next Easter, be the same as previously. It was also decided that no competitor be allowed to enter for more than five events. Advice was received that the Wellington Lawn Tennis Association had been granted the first challenge for both the Wilding Shield and Nunneley Casket. The New Zealand Association to be written to for information as to the allocation of these challenges. It was decided that exhibition games be played at Logan Park on December 6 between the New Zealand Davis Cup representative, J. E. Robson, and leading Otago players.
