FEDERAL BANK CASE

LENGTHY HIGH COURT HEARING EXPECTED Rec. 9 p.m. SYDNEY, Nov.. 24. Mr Justice Williams indicated in the High Court to-day that the banking case i would probably begin in a fortnight and would occupy the court’s attention for the rest of the year. The whole full court of seven judges will be engaged on the case, and during that time there will be no opportunity for taking cases in the original jurisdiction list.
