The directors of the Waitaki Farmers’ Freezing Company, Ltd., report a profit for the year of £12,796 Os 6d. Adding £7378 3s 7d brought forward from last year, this makes £20,174 4s Id. The amount transferred to the reserve account is £SOOO, and a payment of 7 per cent, is recommended, absorbing £6722 2s and leaving £8452 2s Id to carry forward. The dividend is payable on December 12, and the shares ’ivill be ex dividend November 29.
