WARNING TO PERSIA
STRONG NOTE FROM RUSSIA REJECTION OF OIL AGREEMENT Rec. 11.30 p.m. TEHERAN, Nov. 22. The Persian Cabinet held a special meeting to discuss a Note delivered from the Soviet Embassy at Teheran yesterday, in which Russia warned tne Persian Government of “the grave consequences ” which might follow Persia’s rejection of the proposed Soviet oil agreement.
