My scheme visualises what the harbour could be made to look like 100 years hence, but I shall wait t 0 knoA the opinions expressed in future letters. If any. May I suggest that a short hi.. lory of Otago Harbour would give muchneeded enlightenment and he appi'eciated bv many people who .have only very vague ideas about the harbour, it s control and development?—l am, etc.^
