• Tribute to Mr Rodman An opportunity was taken at a meeting of the Waitaki Hospital Board yesterday to thank Mr J. Rodman for his services to the board ove r a number of years. “Mr Rodman has given wonderful service.” Mr K. Familton said, “ and no man in North Otago has done more work for public bodies. Time and service, which are so often overlooked by the public, were given freely by Mr Rodman.” Mr Rodman thanked Messrs Taylor and Aubrey, retiring members, for their cooperation, and also Mrs Munro and other members of the board for the consideration he had received during his term In office.
