PA. GREYMOUTH, Nov. 17. A suggestion of changed representation "on hospital boards was made in a by-election address at Runanga last evening by the Minister of Health, Miss Howard, who announced that she was studying the position with a view to legislation. “The time will come very shortly when the system of hospital board representation will have to be changed,’ said Miss Howard. “I believe we should have Government appointees on the hospital boards, and I intend to go into that question because the greater part of the expenditure of boards now comes from the Gqvernment.”
