COMMUNITY SING
The final Friday sing will be held in the Strand Theatre. The music which Princess Elizabeth has chosen, “ The Lord Is My Shepherd ” and “ Praise My Soul, the King of Heaven," will be sung. A specially composed part song, " Princess Elizabeth of England,” will be sung by the Ravensbourne League of Mothers, conducted by Mrs A. Newey, The proceeds are for a new nurses’ home, Fauabu Hospital, Solomon Islands. Donations may be sent to ,Mr J. F. Himburg, care Charles Begg and Co. Mr H. P. Desmoulins will be the leader, with Mr A. H. Pettitt at the piano. Flowers, produce, etc., are acceptable for the stall.
