Withdrawals for the first day of the Wellington meeting are due to-day . Lady Vi is in fine racing condition, and she should soon improve on her third in the Australasian Handicap at Addington.
Prominent All the Way Remlap was in the firing line all the way in the final event at the Cup meeting, and the Lusty Volo gelding should soon be at the peak of his form again. Last season he won six of his fifteen races, five of them in a row. Consistent Form
Worthy Gold was among those who showed consistent form at the Cup meeting, and a big handicap should come the Gold Bar horse’s way before the season is very much older. Sister to Blue Heaven
Included in E. Todd’s team at Wyndham is Blue Mist, a three-year-old filly by Dillon Hall from Belle Drusus, and a sister to Blue Heaven and a member of, the family which produced Blue Horizon. Good Performance
Communique’s performance in winning the November Handicap at Addington in 4min 20sec from a 4min 34see mark was a particularly, good one. The Grattan Loyal gelding finished gamely to beat Indigo in a photo finish. Won Going Away Jackie Guy. the six-year-old son of Jack Potts and Lottie Guy, won the Durham Handicap going away and left the impression that he will later on beat better fields than the one he led home on Saturday Now More Reliable T H. Gunning deserves credit for the improvement he has worked in Bel Hamed. who now looks capable of winning in the best company. Previously the U. Scott mare was very erratic. From Winning Family Pocket Edition should have further successes during the season. He is a five-year-old by Grattan Loyal from Daphne de Oro, the dam of other good winners in Tim Worthy, Special Edition, Latest Edition, Great News, Mavis Grattan and National Velvet. Showed Gamcness

Good Review has his full share of both speed and stamina, and ho showed gameness in his winning effort on Saturday Credit Funds was got by Nelson Derby from Credit Slip, by Capitalist from The Dairymaid, by The Gossoon.
