SHORTAGE OVERCOME

NURSES FOR KAIKOURA PA WELLINGTON, Nov. 14. The shortage of nurses which initially existed at the Kaikoura Hospital owing to the outbreak of typhoid in the district has been overcome, and there will probably be no more appeals for assistance from voluntary aids. This was announced to-day by the Director-general of Health, Dr R. R. Ritchie.
