Miss J. B. Wilson, in her report to the Waitaki High Schools’ Board yesterday afternoon, stated that the special jubilee entertainment held in the Opera House had resulted in £l2O being raised for the Aid to Britain campaign. Mr J. T. Burrows reported that during the Vast month boys had been working on Saturday mornings to raise money for th O S n W ?he hy motron of the chairman, Mr j c Kirkness, a minute was recorded others concerned. ~ Mention was also ,™ ade °Ve B oyS’ entertainment presented by the Boy School this year
