SCOUTS’ ASSOCIATION

Mr W. J. C. Daniel was in the chair at the quarterly meeting of the North Otago Boy Scouts’ Association on Wednesday night. District Scoutmaster Diehl was appointed liaison officer for senior Scouts. The matter of the county Scout Committee and that of senior Scouts was left over until the next meeting on February 11.

With a view to increasing membership in the district, membership cards were issued to group committees.

Messrs Daniel, Widdowson and Knowles were appointed to interview Mr A. H. Nordmeyer with a view of obtaining a subsidy for the Maruakoa Hut scheme.
