PERSONAL At the meeting of the Waitaki High School Board yesterday it was agreed to send a letter of congratulation to Mr T. H. McCombs, an old boy of Waitaki, on being appointed Minister of Education, and also to thank Mr Mason for his consideration while holding that portfolio.
