FINES INFLICTED A list of traffic offences was dealt with bv Mr G. J. Errington, J.P., and Mr T. D. Jamieson, J.P., in the City Police Court Merry Barker, for driving without proner care, was fined £2, costs (IQs). G. Warrington, was fined £2 and £3, with costs (10s) on each charge. Chimney Fire Joseph Henry Turner was fined 10s, costs (10s), for allowing a chimney to catch fire.
