RETURNED SERVICES’ CHOIR

The Returned Services' Choir will present its second concert of the 1947 season on November 24 in the Concert Chamber. The assisting performers are Miss Yvonne Hill (contralto) and Laurie Scott, L.T.C.L.. who will play pianoforte solos by Debussy, Schumann and Lizst. The choir soloists are Max Fyfe (baritone) and Charles Macarthur (tenor). The choral items cover a wide range, and in four of them solo parts will be taken by George Swan, Alastair Reid, Ken Stewart and Noel Felton. Mr L. B. Borrow will conduct, and Mrs Sybil Stapp will be the accompanist. Box plans are advertised.
