FAT SHEEP IN DEMAND Special to the Daily Times . OAMARU, Nov. 11. Fat wethers were firm with up to 2s increase on the last sale at to-day's Waiarcka sale, and prime ewes were up Is 6d a head. Fat cattle, however, of which there was a good yarding, were down 10s a head for prime and 20s to 30s easier for light and unfinished sorts. There was a medium yarding of fat sheep and a small one of store sheep. Prices.—Prime heavy bullocks, £25 to £27 ss; medium, £2O to £24 10s; light, £l6 to £l9 10s; Prime heifers, £23 to £25; medium. £2O to £22; light, £ls to £l9; light and unfinished, £ll 10s to £l4.
