WIN FOR MRS HOLLIS
CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS EVENT P.A. AUCKLAND, Nov. 11. A brilliant round of 74 on the Middlemore golf course gave the Titirangi ladies’ champion, Mrs G. W Hollis, her first success in the Auckland Women’s Champion of Champions event. Mrs Hollis won by a margin of 17 strokes from Mrs P. Andrew, of Pupuke, with whom she had tied for first place with a score of 174 for two rounds played last week.
