ANTI-COMMUNIST TACTICS IN GERMANY N.Z.P.A. Special Correspondent. Rec. 9 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 11. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that the British authorities in Germany have refused an American invitation to co-operate in an anti-Com-munist campaign and have instructed German newspapers in their zone not to indulge by implication or otherwise in “ unacceptable comment” on any of the other occupying Powers. British zone officials responsible for supervising the German press have been instructed to warn editors that the British Control Commission will not tolerate any organised campaign against Communism. Criticism of political affairs will be permitted.
