TRIBUTES IN PARLIAMENT • From Our Parliamentary Reporter* WELLINGTON, Oct. 8. Tributes to the service to the country of Mr John Hutcheson (Wellington), Liberal-Labour member of Parliament from 1896 to 1899 and an Independent Labour member from 1900 to 1902, who died on Saturday, were paid in the House of Representatives to-day by the Prime Minister (Mr P. Fraser) and the Leader of the Opposition (Mr A. Ha m ilton). As a mark of respect, the House adjourned at 3.9 p.m. till 7.30 p.m.
