NORWAY UNDER PRESSURE WINTER FOOD STOCKS TAKEN ZURICH. Oct. 4. It is reported from Berlin that a semi-official German trading company has purchased the greater part of Norway’s winter food stocks for immediate delivery to Germany, the payment to be in Reich credit certificates. Quisling has banned Jewish doctors, lawyers and civil servants, and Jewish-owned shops must be clearly marked. Rotary clubs have been closed and their properly confiscated. All sports and social clubs are under police observation.
