SALE OF WORK The annual sale of work of the Ladies’ Guild of Holy Cross Church. St. Hilda, was opened last night by the Mayor (Mr J. J. Marlow). There was a good gathering of parishioners and their friends, and excellent business was transacted on the various stalls, which are laden with useful goods.
