Tuesday, October 1 (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) Undefended Cases Judgment by default was given for the plaintiffs in the following cases:— Fairmaid Optical Company v. Mrs J. McKechnie, claim, ss, balance of account owing, with costs (9s); William Nees and Sons, Ltd. v. V. Slater, claim. £1 10s, for goods supplied, with costs (12s); Henry Patrick Dunne v. Jack Crighton, claim, £2 15s, for board and lodging and money lent, with costs i£l 5s 6d); Wholesalers, Ltd., v. Alfred James Winchester (Naseby), claim, £54 19s 7d for goods supplied, with costs (£4 11s 6d).
