OVER BERLIN AGAIN AIR FORCE BOMBERS (By Wireless) DAVENTRY, Sept. 29. People in Berlin spent another night in air raid shelters last night. A brief Air Ministry communique says that R.A.F. bombers reached the capital in spite of bad weather. Agency reports say that the capital had two alarms, one lasting two hours and another for an hour and a-quarter. A German communique states that the raiders were turned back by anti-aircraft fire before they dropped their bombs. Germany admits raids on the Ruhr and Rhinelahd districts. RUSSIAN AID FOR CHINA CONTINUANCE ASSURED CHUNGKING, Sept. 29. (Received Sept. 30, at 2 a.m.) Officials said that despite the alliance, China is assured of continued Russian aid against Japan. They said that regardless of consequences China was determined to continue the war. AMERICAN " INTERFERENCE " JAPANESE PRESS ATTACK TOKIO, Sept. 29. (Received Sept. 30, at 2 a.m.) The newspaper Hochi, attacking America's " spoiled child " attitude, advocated a non-aggression pact between Russia and Japan. He said that America was interfering throughout the world without legitimate reasons, for which Japan must make her own counter arrangements.

Other papers reassured the people, asserting that Japan v was strong enough to withstand even complete embargoes. Prince Konoye, broadcasting, said that the new alliance would enable Japan to overcome the difficulties of settling the China incident. Japan was joining hands with Italy and Germany, who would establish a new order in Europe and must play an important role x'or the establishment of lasting peace in the world. He added that the Government was planning to replenish national defence in order to meet the prevailing international situation.
