BRITONS IN RUMANIA ENGINEER AND CHEMIST BUCHAREST, Sept. 27. Two Britons, Charles Brasier, an engineer, and Reginald Young, chief chemist of the Romana-Americana Oil Company, were badly beaten up at Ploesti and forced to sign a declaration that they were preparing for sabotage. It is understood that they were brought to Bucharest for expulsion.
