Mr S. Ritchie. Conciliation Commissioner, was a passenger for Christchurch by the through express from Invercargill on Saturday. Messrs A. Campbell, T. O'Byrne (Invercargill), and T. F. Doyle (Bluff), members of the Legislative Council, were passengers by the through express on Saturday, en route to Wellington.
North-bound passengers by plane on Saturday were Colonel P. H. Bell, Mr R. Smith, and Mr G. Grimsdale for Christchurch. Miss P. Will for Palmerston North. Mr D. Muir for Auckland, and Mr A. J. Pascoe and Mrs E. Bremner and infant for Wellington.
