STREET PARADE

AN IMPRESSIVE MARCH (Per United Press Association) AUCKLAND, Sept. 28. Proudly exercising their, right to caury fixed bayonets, the Ist Battalion of the Auckland Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly's Own) impressively marched through the city to-day, giving evidence to the crowds which lined the streets of the -fine results achieved by three months' intensive training at Epsom Show Ground. The Mayor, Sir Ernest Davis, took the salute, and congratulated the officers and men on their soldierly bearing.
