TO-DAY’S FLIGHT TO SYDNEY RECORD PASSENGER LIST (Per United Press Association AUCKLAND. Sept. 27. The largest number of passengers booked for a Tasman flight since the service was inaugurated in April will leave for Sydney to-morrow by the Awarua. Among the 17 passengers will be several who arrived at Auckland by the Pan-American Clipper from America on Thursday. Piloted by Captain Garden, the Awarua will also carry 3481 b of mail, including transit mail from America, and 901 b of freight. The Awarua. commanded by Captain Burgess, returned from Sydney this afternoon with 15 passengers, over 7&01b of mail and about 1001 b of freight.
