SOUTH DUNEDIN SING

As a climax to a very successful season, those in charge of the South Dunedin community sing have decided to hold a special sing in His Majesty’s Theatre next Saturday night, and a particularly attractive programme, with novel stage settings, has been arranged, some of the assisting artists coming from as far as Invercargill, while “ Gran,” of Christchurch, will be the guest of honour. Prior to the sing the finalists in the recent children’s talent tests will appear. Permission is being sought tc give the proceeds for the relief of an raid victims, but if that is not possible they will be devoted to the purchase of soldiers’ parcels. The sing will be broadcast by 4YA. Particulars re advertised.
