UNITED KINGDOM GOODS
EXPORTS AND IMPORTS THE FIGURES FOR AUGUST (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Sept, 25. (Received Sept. 26, at 7 p.m.) The exports of United Kingdom goods in August were valued at £32,554,729, compared with £31,189,244 in July and £37,076,974 a year ago. The figure for imports was £95,019,856, compared with £87,007,530 for the previous month and £81,073,119 for August last year. The re-exports in these periods were respectively £1,391,968 and £1,819,264. and £4,488,380.
