VIEWS ABOUT HUNS
" ONLY GOOD ONES DEAD " A GOVERNOR'S BLUNT WORDS SYDNEY, Sept 14. "You might think I am bloodthirsty and cold-blooded, but I have definite views about the Huns. The only ones any good are those who are dead; the more you put out of action, the move chance there is of a peaceful world." The Governor of South Australia Sir Malcolm Barclay-Harvey was applauded when he addressed these words to 99 air-crew trainees South Australia's fifth and largest contribution to the Empire air training scheme "They are my sentiments; I feel quite bitter about it." his Excellency said. "Strike blow after blow against these people, whose only ambition is t.> enslave the whole world. " You are going to join a body whicn has earned for itself a tradition unsurpassed by any other body in the world. You have probably felt the same thrill as I have in the receni exploits of the Royal Air Force in the defence of England. I hope that when you return you will be covered with decorations and will have lots of Hun machines to your credit."
