MONTHLY CONCERT The Dunedin Burns Club’s monthly concert was held in the Town Hall Concert Chamber last night, there being a good attendance. The chairman (Mr Arthur Macdonald) reminded members that preparations were now well advanced lor the Hallowe’en concert, which would oe held at the end of next month, and it was anticipated that as this was the clubs jubilee year Die big concert would be one of the best Die club had vet organThe programme was as follows; Pipe selection, Piper J McVean; song. Miss Hazel Clyde; piano-accordion solo. Miss Green; song. Master Alan Cunningham, sword dance, Misses Shirley Smith and Mavis Patterson; song, Mr Albert Walmslev; recitation. Mrs Ollivcr; quartet, Die Messrs Bolting: xylophone solo, Mr Walter Sinton; song, Mrs 1. Longwo-th; scan trlubhais. Miss Norma Marshall: song, Mr James Miller. Miss Muriel Caddie was Die accompanist.
