FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION
MEETING OF EXECUTIVE The weekly meeting of the management committee of the Otago Football Association was held last night, the chairman (Mr M. K, Haig) presiding. Competitions Closed The Second, Third, Fourth, and Sixth Grade competitions were closed, the winners being declared as follows; Second Grade; Northern: runners-up, Mosgiel. Third Grade: Mosgiel: runners-up, Mornlngton. Fourth Grade: High School; runners-up, Caversham. Sixth Grade: Y.M.C.A. A; runners-up. Y.M.C.A. B. Technical A .was declared the winner of the secondary school's Fifth Grade competition. and High School No. 3 of the Sixth Grade, King’s High No. 3 being runners-up in the latter competition. General In accordance with a request from the Caversham CUibj it was decided that the final of the Fourth Grade Knock-out Com petition between Caversham and RoslynWakari be played at Tonga Park on Saturday as a curtain-raiser to the shield challenge match between Caversham and H. 5.0.8. The following applications for grounds were granted;—Technical Old Boys, Oval No. 1, September 21; St. Martin's Bible Class, Prospect Park, September 28: Tramways and Dunedin Hospital teams. Ova! No 2. September 21 Draw for Saturday The following is the draw tor Saturday:— First Division. —Andrew Brown Trophy, Maori Hill v. Northern, at Logan Park (Mr J. Welsh): C. J. Thorn Shield. Caversham v. Old Boys, at Tonga Park (Mr P. George); Roslyn-Waknri v. Mosgiel, at Ellis Park (Mr W. M. Smith); Mornlngton v. Air Force, al Logan Park, at 1,30 p.m i Mr W. Dodd). Fourth Division.—Final Knock-out Competition, Caversham v. Roslyn-Wakari, at Tonga Park, at 1.30 p.m. (Mr H, McDonald): Technical Old Boys v Technical College, at Oval No. 1
