RAID ON MALTA
ITALIAN BOMBERS NAVAL PROPERTY DAMAGED MALTA. Sept. 3. (Received Sept. 9, at 10 p.m.) It is officially stated that a strong formation of planes raided Malta at noon to-day.. A number of bombs slightly damaged naval property and demolished a few houses. An enemy plane was shot down and another was probably destroyed.
