MONTHLY MEETING The monthly meeting of the Outram Town Board was attended by Messrs D. The chairman reported on the meeting held in Dunedin, when the Minister of National Service (Mr R. Semple) discussed the establishment of the Home Guard. An opinion was received from the Municipal Association solicitor in regard to the powers of local authorities to control and clean private drains.
