REPUBLICANS ARRESTED
ROUND-UP IN IRELAND ACTION BY GOVERNMENT (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 15. In addition to the arrests in Dublin, six members of the I.R.A. have been detained in Tralee and others elsewhere in Ireland. The total arrested is now 20. SPECIAL SESSION OF DAIL LONDON, Sept. 16. (Received Sept. 17, at 6.30 p.m.) The Eire Government in an official statement says that it is satisfied that unauthorised persons possess a quantity of arms and explosives intended for purposes which are forbidden by law as being dangerous to the State. The Eire Government, therefore, providing against the possibility of a serious disturbance of -the peace, has ordered the detention of a number of persons whose activities appeared to be prejudicial to the security of the State. A special session of the Dail has been called for September 27.
