MR R. B. BENNETT’S VISIT A PARLIAMENTARY LUNCHEON (Per Untied Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 14. The ex-Prime Minister of Canada, Mr R. B. Bennett, arrived at Wellington to-day from the north. He was met by the Prime Minister (Mr Savage), with whom he had half an hour’s conversation. He later had luncheon with Mr Savage, members of the Cabinet and a number of members of both Houses of Parliament. During the morning Mr Bennett paid a visit of inspection to the Awatea. During the past week Mr Bennett nas visited a number of North Island centres, and to-night he left for the South Island- He will return to Wellington at the week-end.
