After to-day’s play in the tennis test match between New Zealand and New South Wales victory for- the Dominion seems assured. New Zealand won eight matches out of the 10 played and lost only eight sets. The results were as follows: . SINGLES. E. D. Andrews beat A. L. North, 6—B, 6 — 4, 6 — 2, G. Ollivier lost to N. Peach, 6—4, 4—6, 4 — 6, D. G. France beat J. Fitzgerald, 3 —6, £ 4. 6__4. Noel Wilson beat J. M’Causland, 9—7, 6 — 4. N. G. Sturt beat F. Peach, 6—l, 6 —4. L. G. Knott beat C. Brewster, 6—4, 4—5, 6-2. DOUBLES. Knott and Sturt lost to Peach and Peach. I—6,1 — 6, 3 — 6. Ollivier and Wilson beat North and M’Causland, 6—3, 2—6, 6 —4. Andrews and France beat Fitzgerald and Brewster, 6—2, 6—4. Knott and Sturt beat Fitzgerald and Brewster, B—6.8 —6. 6—4.
