N.S. WALES POLITICS

ASSEMBLY AGAIN IN SESSION. GOVERNMENT PLACED IN A QUANDARY. fPresa Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) SYDNEY, January 11. (Received Jan. 11, at 8.10 p.m.) The Assembly met again for business, which consisted in answering a host of questions and clearing the way for the reintroduction of a number of Bills left over from the previous session. These are of purely local interest. Mr Bavin announced that the Opposition would not grant pairs to two Ministers who propose to visit England. This placed the Government in a quandary, and will* probably mean that the visits will be deferred till the recess.
