FREEZING WORKS DISPUTE.

POSITION AT TOKOMABU. (Per United Press Association.) GISBORNE, May 8. It is understood that the employees of tho Tokomaru Bay freezing works wore by no means unanimous in their decision to discontinue work, and a section of the men is only too eager to return. Tho directors of tho company have decided to close tho works temporarily, not for tho season, and work will be available for the men whenever they are ready to take it.
