TO-DAY’S RUGBY MATCHES. The attraction at Carisbroot to-day will be the match between the Dunedin and Pirates. This old-time fixture should ptovide a fast, open game, as both teams play good football. Dunedin aro very much improved side, and ard expected to put up a good game against Pirates. As a curtain-raiser, the Dunedin sixth grade team will meet High School B, and this should provide an interesting exhibition of Rugby. At the Caledonian Ground Ahambra will meet University A. University again have a fast team, which can be relied on to give a good display of back play, while the Alhambra team is also considered a fairly strong side. As a curtainraiser the Kaikorai sixtn grade team will meet Zingari B. Hill residents should sec a good game at Bishopscourt between Union and Kaikorai. while Southern and Taiori Rovers will meet at Tabuna.

ASSOCIATION GAMES. The senior competition will be advanced a step to-day, when the principal attraction will be the meeting- of Seacliff and Southern at Culling Park at 2 p.m. Seaclilf make their first appearance in town this season, and an interesting game should result. At the Oval at 1.45 p.m., Kaitangata and Old Boys meet, and this game also should prove interesting. Technical College, the latest addition, to senior ranks, play Northern at the Gardens at 3 p.m., "any many are keen to see how the college boys shape against their more experienced opponents.
