EDNA THOMAS.
In reply to the many requests for a return visit of Miss Kdna Thomas, Mi - E. J. Carroll announces that he has been ablo to arrange for one more appearance of Miss Thomas at Bums Hall on Thursday next. Owing to the extensive contracts ahead of Miss Thomas, *4his will be the last recital she can give in this city before her world tour. In endeavouring to reciprocate the warm appreciation of her art, Mi ss Thomas has conferred with Mr Carroll, and they have decided to respond to the invitation for another visit of “Ihe Lady from Louisiana” by making Thursday's performance a “request” programme end calling a ballot. It will be necessary to write requests for items and post them to Miss Edna Thomas, care of the Bristol Piano Company, Princes street. All letters should be marked “Request.” The items rendered by Miss Thomas on Thursday night will ho in the order of their numerical value, and will depend on (he time allowed for the recital. Requests should he sent in before Wednesday so that Miss Thomas can arrange her programme in time for publication. The box plan will be opened on Tuesday morning at the Bristol.
